While the company name was established in 2021, our founder, Oscar Girod, has a lifelong passion for this work. For Oscar, working with the earth has been a calling since he could walk, and he’s spent years perfecting his skills, especially in the challenging craft of arboriculture. In our beautifully wooded communities, he saw a need for a single, expert team that could manage the health of mature trees and the landscape beneath them. He built this business to be that solution, intentionally keeping the operation small and focused.
